Zondervan lauches teen fiction line

Zondervan, the Christian publishing giant, is tapping into the fast-growing, young adult book market with a new line of fiction aimed at readers ages 13 to 16 to be released this month. “The Young Adult fiction industry is booming,” said Annette Bourland, vice president and publisher for Zonderkidz, the young readers’ line for Zondervan. “We did our own focus groups on what kinds of books Christian young adults read for pleasure and their buying habits, and decided that, yes, there is a market.” Check out the full story here.
